Jon Pascal was first elected to the Kirkland City Council in 2017. He is a principal and part owner of Transpo Group, a transportation planning and engineering services company. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Forestry and a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Washington. His long history of civic involvement includes serving as Chair of the Kirkland Transportation Commission and on the board of the Finn Hill Neighborhood Alliance.
