Jon Pascal was first elected to the Kirkland City Council in 2017. He is a principal and part owner of Transpo Group, a transportation planning and engineering company. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Forestry and a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Washington. Prior to his council role, he served on Kirkland's Transportation Commission and Planning Commission.
