Jordan Wood is a Democratic candidate for the U.S. House, representing Maine's 2nd Congressional District in the June 2026 primary. A reformer and anti-corruption advocate, Wood previously served as Chief of Staff to Congresswoman Katie Porter, Vice President of End Citizens United, and co-founded democracyFIRST, an organization focused on combating threats to elections. He earned a high school diploma from Saint Dominic Academy and a bachelor's degree from Calvin College. Wood advocates for Medicare for All, comprehensive Social Security reforms, and federal grants for affordable childcare. He is committed to fighting political corruption, improving economic affordability for Mainers, and restoring trust in Congress.
