Joseph Bishop is an Idaho native, born and raised in South East Boise. He is currently a full-time student at Boise State University, pursuing a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. Bishop has served as a member of the Idaho Army National Guard since 2023. He is campaigning as a Libertarian Party candidate for the Idaho House of Representatives, District 18B, in the 2026 election.
