Joseph G. Webster is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing the 150th District in Montgomery County since 2019. Prior to his legislative career, Webster served as an officer in the United States Air Force for 31 years, retiring at the rank of Colonel. He holds a bachelor's degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy, master's degrees from Wright State University and the Naval War College, and a PhD in Public Policy from George Washington University.
