Joseph 'Joe' Baldacci, born in 1965, is a Democratic politician and attorney from Maine. A graduate of the University of Maine with both a bachelor's and a law degree, he has a long history of public service. Baldacci served 12 years on the Bangor City Council, including two terms as mayor, before being elected to the Maine Senate in 2020, where he chairs the State and Local Government committee.
