Joseph P. Kerwin is the incumbent State Representative for Pennsylvania's 125th Legislative District, first elected in 2020. An attorney by profession, he holds a bachelor's degree from Penn State, a J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law, and an MPA from the University of Pennsylvania. Alongside his legislative work, Kerwin serves as a commissioned infantry officer in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and deployed to the Horn of Africa in 2023 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
