Joseph T. "Joe" Emrick is a Republican politician currently serving as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 137th District, an office he has held since 2011. Prior to his election to the state legislature, Emrick served as chairman of the board of supervisors in Upper Nazareth Township and was a high school economics and American history teacher for 18 years. He earned a bachelor's degree in history from Lycoming College and a master's degree in education from Kutztown University.
