Joseph W. McGonagle Jr. is a lifelong Everett resident and small business owner (President of J & M Build Corp.) whose career in public service dates to 2002. A third-generation Everett city official, he served as an Everett City Councilor-at-Large, Alderman, and two-term President of the Board of Aldermen before being elected to the Massachusetts House of Representatives in 2014. He represents the 28th Middlesex District and chairs the Joint Committee on Veterans and Federal Affairs.
