Josh Brecheen

Josh Brecheen is a Republican U.S. Representative for Oklahoma's 2nd Congressional District, serving since 2023. A fourth-generation rancher, committed Christian, husband, and father, he previously served in the Oklahoma State Senate from 2010 to 2018 and worked for Senator Tom Coburn. Brecheen, a citizen of the Choctaw Nation, is an Oklahoma State University graduate. He is seeking re-election for a third term, having committed to a maximum of four terms in the House. His focus is on reining in unsustainable debt and deficit spending, advocating for balanced tax cuts and spending reductions. He also introduced legislation to bar federal funds for Pride Month events.
