Joshua S. Gottheimer is an American politician and attorney serving as the U.S. representative for New Jersey's 5th congressional district since 2017. A member of the Democratic Party, he serves as Vice-Chair of the bipartisan Problem Solvers Caucus. Previously, Gottheimer was a speechwriter for Bill Clinton and served as an adviser to several presidential campaigns. He has also worked at the Federal Communications Commission, Ford Motor Company, and Microsoft.
