Josh Hastings

Josh Hastings is a Democratic candidate for the Maryland House of Delegates, District 38B. A lifelong resident of Wicomico County, he is a two-term member of the Wicomico County Council. His professional background is in agriculture and environmental policy, shaped by growing up on his family's organic poultry farm. Hastings has 15 years of experience in state and local policy and nonprofit leadership, including serving as the executive director of a statewide conservation nonprofit. As a councilman, he is credited with securing funding for public safety, schools, and parks. His legislative platform focuses on supporting schools, creating job opportunities, and protecting the Eastern Shore's environment.
