Josh Tanner

Josh Tanner, an Idaho native and Conservative Republican, serves as the incumbent State Representative for Idaho House District 14B, having assumed office in December 2022. Residing in Eagle with his family, he holds an MBA from Boise State University and is a local business owner. Tanner is also Eagle Fire Commissioner and has chaired the Eagle Fire District since 2018. His platform prioritizes limited, fiscally responsible government, traditional values, and accountability. He is pro-life, a strong Second Amendment supporter, and opposes federal overreach in personal health. Tanner advocates for quality education and fiscally sound taxes. As co-chair of the Idaho Legislature’s budget committee, he has defended budget cuts and faced scrutiny.
