Joshua Crossman has served on the Yelm City Council since 2021 and is the current incumbent for Position No. 3. A resident of the Yelm area for nearly 50 years, he is the owner and operator of PTL Flooring, a business he started in 2004. He is a graduate of Yelm High School. In January 2024, the council appointed Crossman as Yelm's mayor pro-tem.
