Joy I Garratt

Joy I. Garratt is an incumbent Democratic State Representative for New Mexico's District 29, serving since 2019. A retired educator and small business owner, she is seeking re-election to continue her legislative work. Her priorities include increasing access to affordable healthcare, supporting seniors and military veterans, and protecting New Mexico's environment (air, water, land, soil).
