Jude Anthony was born in Miami Beach, Florida. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida in 1992. His career includes working as a software engineer, software developer manager, and technical trainer. He worked for 15 years as a defense contractor in Florida before joining Amazon in 2013. At Amazon, he helped create and run the Amazon Technical Academy (ATA), a program that trained warehouse workers to become software developers.
