Julie Martin has over 25 years of executive leadership experience in the public and private sectors, including serving as Chief of Staff for the Washington State Department of Corrections. She was previously appointed to the Gig Harbor City Council from January to November 2023. Martin holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington's Evans School of Public Policy and Governance. She has lived in Gig Harbor for seven years and currently serves on the city's Planning Commission and Salary Commission.
