Julie C. Henn

Julie C. Henn is a non-partisan candidate running for the Baltimore County Board of Education to represent District 5 in Maryland. A resident of Perry Hall and a parent of a Baltimore County Public Schools student, Henn brings firsthand perspective to her role. She has served on the Board since 2016, becoming an active advocate for school system accountability, transparent governance, and the needs of parents, teachers, and students. Henn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland. During her tenure, she has worked with four superintendents.
