Julie Ensor

Julie Ensor is a Democratic candidate for Clerk of the Circuit Court in Baltimore County, Maryland, a role she has held since first being elected in 2010. As the second woman to hold the office since its establishment in 1650, she oversees an annual budget of nearly $8 million and a staff of 125 employees. Previously, Ensor served three consecutive terms as a Judge of the Orphans' Court from 1994 to 2006. Prior to her career in public service, she worked for 22 years as a Corporate Manager of Contact Center Technology at PHH Corporation. A lifelong resident of Baltimore County, Ensor was born in Lutherville and now resides in Parkton.
