Julie Flores-Castillo is an immigrant rights advocate with the American Friends Service Committee and a graduate of Red Bank public schools. Her activism began at age 14 after her father was deported. She earned an Associate of Arts in Political Science from Brookdale Community College in 2024 and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Rutgers University. She has received the Russ Berrie Making a Difference Award for her public service.
