Julie Vanorden

Julie VanOrden is a lifelong Bingham County, Idaho resident with a background in agriculture and community service, including ten years on the Snake River School District Board. She served three terms in the Idaho House of Representatives, chairing the House Education Committee, before being elected to the Idaho State Senate District 30 in 2022. As an incumbent Republican, she currently chairs the Health and Welfare Committee. VanOrden advocates for parental involvement in education, strong Second Amendment rights, thoughtful and balanced state budgets, and addressing agricultural needs. She seeks re-election, emphasizing her experience and proven leadership.
