Julie Willoughby

Julie Willoughby is an Arizona State Representative for Legislative District 13, currently serving as Majority Whip. A registered ER trauma nurse and small business owner, she brings a decade of healthcare leadership and critical decision-making experience to public service. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from ASU. Grounded in Christian faith and conservative values, Willoughby focuses on issues facing Arizona families and communities. She is running for State Senate to continue advocating for practical solutions and to ensure frontline worker perspectives are represented. She sits on Appropriations, Judiciary, and Health and Human Services committees.
