She currently serves as an incumbent member of the Washington State Senate, representing the 38th Legislative District, a position she assumed on May 13, 2020, through appointment to fill a vacancy. Prior to her Senate tenure, Robinson served in the Washington House of Representatives for the same district from December 16, 2013, to May 13, 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware and a Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan. Her legislative office is located in Olympia, Washington.
