Kai Newkirk is a lifelong progressive organizer, co-chair of the Arizona Democratic Party's Progressive Council, and founder of Tempe's 'For All' center for nonviolent action. Identifying as a democratic socialist, he is launching a Democratic primary challenge against incumbent Greg Stanton for Arizona's 4th Congressional District.
