Karlton Leander Howard

Karlton Howard is an incumbent Democratic member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 129. He assumed office on January 9, 2023, succeeding his brother, Henry Howard. Born in Augusta, Georgia, he is an alumnus of Lucy Craft Laney High School and LaGrange College.
