A former Chair of the Joint Committee on Public Health, Rep. Hogan helped shepherd landmark public health legislation into law, including expanding access to reproductive health care, increasing the tobacco purchase age, and supporting local and regional public health; she authored the PATCH Act (signed into law April 2018) to protect patient confidentiality so dependents can access confidential, high-quality care.
