Kayla Russell

Kayla Russell is a lifelong resident of Yelm. She is an active community member, serving on Yelm's parks committee and civil services commission. Professionally, she works as a policy council representative at Head Start. She is also highly involved in youth sports as an assistant coach and team mom. Russell has stated she has virtually attended every Yelm City Council meeting for the last seven to eight years.
