Kelly Quinn was born in Newport, Oregon. His diverse career includes serving as a corrections sergeant with the Nevada Department of Corrections, a REALTOR, a wildland firefighter, and working in safety and compliance in the hazardous materials industry, as well as with local fire and ambulance services. He has held roles as a state and county regulator in Carson City and Southern Nevada, and has served with the Central Nevada EMS Council and Nevada Emergency Medical Association. He is affiliated with the Fraternal Order of Peace Officers. He is running for the Nevada State Assembly to represent District 5 in the Republican primary, advocating for courageous leadership.
