Kelsey Kauffman is a candidate for State Representative District 44 in Indiana State House District 44, Indiana — 2026 Primary Election.

Kelsey Kauffman holds a Doctorate in Education from Harvard University and has taught at DePauw University and in three Indiana prisons. In 2012, she founded and directed the Higher Education Program at the Indiana Women's Prison. She also created the Greencastle Summer Enrichment Program and directed legislative education programs at the Indiana Statehouse. Kauffman is running as a Democratic candidate for the Indiana House of Representatives in District 44.
