Kelvin Stallings is the Director of Community Engagement at NC Child, a statewide nonprofit. He previously served as the Policy and Advocacy Manager at the Children's Home Society of North Carolina and as a Legislative Assistant at the North Carolina General Assembly. Stallings holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Elizabeth City State University and a Master of Public Administration from East Carolina University. He and his wife, Allysa, have lived in Wake County for five years. He previously ran for Goldsboro City Council in 2019.
