Ken MacKenzie has a background in computer software and hardware product development and now focuses on community service. A Kirkland resident since 2009, he has been a neighborhood advocate, school volunteer, and member of several City advisory groups, including the Community Safety Advisory Group and the Parks Funding Exploratory Committee. He founded the nonprofit Friends of Kirkland Scouting and represents the Market Neighborhood Association at the Kirkland Alliance of Neighborhoods.
