Kenneth Mobley is a retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer with over 20 years of military service, including three combat tours. A long-time resident of Shelton, he raised his five children in the community. His community involvement includes volunteering with the YMCA Advisory Board, Mason County Kitten Rescue, and OysterFest. He is also a former Cub Scout Den and Pack Leader and a Local Ecclesiastical Leader. Mobley is currently pursuing licensure as a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP).
