Kenneth Paul Ferris is a Pittsfield-born attorney and community leader with more than three decades of legal experience in Berkshire County. A graduate of Tufts University and Suffolk University Law School (first in his class, 1990), he has practiced at Hashim & Spinola since 1992, concentrating in divorce, custody and family law, real estate, estate planning and administration, and landlord-tenant matters. He has served the Berkshire Probate & Family Court as a Lawyer for the Day, as a participant and former manager of its Conciliation Program, and through guardian ad litem and assigned counsel appointments. He is President of the Win The Day Foundation and a former board member and coach for Pittsfield Little League and the Berkshire Bruins Hockey Program.
