Kent A. Marmon

Kent A. Marmon is a Republican member of the Idaho House of Representatives, representing District 11A, having assumed office in December 2024. A native of Caldwell, he previously served on the Caldwell City Council and Caldwell School District school board. Marmon holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and has a diverse career background, including owning a printing business and working in retail and training development. He is a hardline conservative, endorsed by the Idaho Freedom Foundation. His key policy positions include eliminating the grocery tax, reforming property taxes, opposing mask and vaccine mandates, and advocating for school choice. He is currently running for re-election in 2026.
