Kevin Demeny

Kevin Demeny was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and has spent most of his adult life in Lincoln County, North Carolina. He earned a B.A. in History from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and subsequently worked as a teacher and coach at Concord High School for nearly a decade. He later transitioned into real estate and residential construction, obtaining a North Carolina General Contractors License in the early 2000s. Demeny is an active partner and co-founder of Monarch Building Group, Inc., which develops single-family and senior housing in Lincoln and surrounding counties. He is also a member of the Lincoln County Builders Association.
