Dr. Kevin Ware was first elected to the Port of Skagit Commission in 2001, representing District 1. His current term is from 2020 to 2025. In addition to his role as a commissioner, he is a part-time physician and a corporate pilot. He is an alumnus of Des Moines University, having graduated in 1973 with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree. He resides just outside of Mount Vernon, Washington.
