Kevin Mullin is the U.S. Representative for California's 15th Congressional District, assuming office in 2023. A member of the Democratic Party, he previously served in the California State Assembly from 2012 to 2022, where he held the position of Speaker pro tempore. Before his tenure in the State Assembly, Mullin was a local business owner and served on the South San Francisco City Council, including a term as mayor. He holds a master's degree from San Francisco State University.
