Kevin W. Norwood

Kevin W. Norwood is an incumbent Republican State Representative for Oklahoma House District 74, which includes Owasso and Tulsa communities. He assumed office on June 18, 2025, and is seeking re-election in the 2026 primary. Norwood holds a doctorate in Leadership and Global Perspectives, a master's in Applied Theology, and a bachelor's in Pastoral Ministry. His career began in youth ministry in 1987, eventually leading him to found a successful youth ministry in Owasso. A lifelong Oklahoman with roots in Muskogee, he focuses on cutting taxes, improving education with increased teacher pay and parental choice, protecting essential services like the 988 mental health crisis line, and advancing conservative policies. He also founded a nonprofit for school-based mental health assemblies.
