Kim Hamlik is a resident of Clark County for over 40 years and a co-owner of Northwest Precision Tool. Her community involvement includes serving as President of the Curtin Creek Neighborhood Association, being a board member of the Trauma Intervention Program Northwest, and managing the Veterans Assistance Center Christmas Store. She previously led the Vancouver Tennis Center Foundation, where she raised over $300,000 for youth tennis programs. In 2023, she was recognized with the Ed Lynch Honorary Director award by Identity Clark County for her community contributions.
