Kimberley Driscoll

Kim Driscoll is the 73rd Lieutenant Governor of Massachusetts, elected in 2022 alongside Governor Maura Healey as the state's first all-female executive team; she assumed office on January 5, 2023. She previously served as Mayor of Salem (2006-2023), the city's first woman mayor, and on the Salem City Council (1999-2003). She earned a bachelor's degree from Salem State University in 1989 and a law degree from the Massachusetts School of Law in 1994, and served as Chief Legal Counsel and later Deputy City Manager in Chelsea, Massachusetts. She is married to a union bricklayer and has three adult children.
