Kimberly M. Haggan is an incumbent State Representative for Maine's House District 36, representing Hampden and Newburgh. A Republican, she serves her first term on the Joint Standing Committee on Education and Cultural Affairs, drawing on 40 years of experience as a retired public school teacher and administrator. Haggan holds a B.S. in Special Education from the University of Maine at Farmington (1982). She is married to State Senator David Haggan, has two children, and is a member of Calvary Chapel Church in Orrington. She enjoys hunting and fishing. She is seeking re-election in the 2026 Maine Primary Election.
