Dr. Pfeifer holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Florida. Professionally, she served as the Head of Research at Oxfam America and previously worked as a researcher for the AFL-CIO. Dedicated to her local community, she serves on the board of the Mediation and Conflict Resolution Center of Howard County and the board of UEmpower in Baltimore.
