Kimberly Wagner was born in Logan, Utah, and raised in North Ogden. She earned a bachelor's degree in English and Political Science from Brigham Young University, graduating summa cum laude. After serving a mission in Guatemala, she worked for two years with Senator Hatch in Washington, D.C. She furthered her education with an M.A. in Political Science and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from UCLA, where her research focused on conflict management. Having lived in Fruit Heights for sixteen years with her husband and three children, Wagner has been active in her community, schools, and church. She is running for the Utah House of Representatives, aiming to bring her diverse political, academic, and life experiences to the legislature to represent everyday citizen perspectives. She has expressed interest in limited government and local control.
