Kip Kelly is a candidate for Port of Walla Walla Commissioner District 1 General Election in 2025 in Walla Walla, Washington. Running as Nonpartisan.

Kip Kelly is a Walla Walla native and graduate of Walla Walla High School's Class of 1973. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Washington State University and an MBA from Seattle University. In 2019, he retired after a 36-year career as a sales executive with Coffey Communications, where he worked with hospitals and health insurance companies. An instrument-rated pilot, Kelly was a founding member of the Port's Air Travel Coalition in the mid-1990s. He was first elected to the Port Commission in 2019 for a term beginning January 1, 2020. He also serves on the boards of the Blue Mountain Action Council and the Walla Walla Country Club.
