Kirk Gasper

Kirk Gasper is a physician and a long-time resident of Whidbey Island. He served in the U.S. Navy Medical Corps for over 20 years, retiring with the rank of Captain in 2017. During his naval career, he held various leadership roles, including Director of Healthcare Business, Chair of the Medical Staff, and Director of Medical Services at Naval Hospital Oak Harbor. He is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and currently works for Teladoc, Inc. Gasper received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Whitman College and his M.D. from Washington University School of Medicine in 1993.
