Kirsten Larsen and her husband moved back to the Wenatchee Valley in 2012 and reside in East Wenatchee. She earned an Associates of Arts and Science from Wenatchee Valley College, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from California State University, Monterey Bay, and a Master of Urban and Environmental Planning from Arizona State University. Larsen has professional experience as a planner for Chelan County, the Washington State Department of Commerce, and currently for the City of Wenatchee. She has served as a Planning Commissioner for the City of East Wenatchee since 2022 and participated in the Eastmont School District Dual-Language Committee.
