Kit Hawver has lived in Naches for most of her life. She holds an Associate of Arts degree from Yakima Valley Community College and a Bachelor of Arts from Central Washington University. She previously served on the Naches Planning Commission for several years. Her parents, Harvey and June Keezer, were local business owners in Naches. She is married to Wayne Hawver.
