Kristi Osborn

A. Kristin (Kristi) Osborn, a Democrat, serves as the Register of Wills for Kent County, Maryland. She was sworn into office on March 1, 2017, after being appointed by the Kent County Orphans' Court to complete the term of her predecessor. Osborn is a lifelong resident of Kent County and has worked in the Register of Wills office since 2003, serving as Deputy, Senior Deputy, and Administrator before her appointment.
