Kristin C. O'Sullivan

Kristin C. O'Sullivan is the Presiding Judge for the Spokane Municipal Court, Position 1. She is a graduate of Washington State University and Gonzaga Law School (2004). Before being appointed judge, she served as a commissioner in the municipal court for two years. Her prior experience includes working as a prosecutor in both the municipal and district courts of Spokane County, where she handled cases involving involuntary commitments and those put forth by the Washington Gambling Commission. She was appointed to the bench in early 2021 to fill a vacancy.
