Kurt Dresner is a software engineer at Google and a longtime Kirkland resident. He holds a PhD from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's from Harvey Mudd College. He is the co-founder of the nonprofit Liveable Kirkland, which advocates for progressive issues such as housing and transportation. He is also the Vice-Chair of the Everest Neighborhood Association.
